AUTHENTIC FILO SPIRAL

Our pastry spirals are 24cm in size and they are filled with ricotta cheese and Australian fetta, finished with a special traditional egg wash (300 grams each). A quick bake in the oven and they are ready to go!

FINGER FOOD SPIRAL

Same as our authentic spiral, in a finger food size (12 cm) – perfect for catering, functions and entertaining. Filled with a mix of cheeses and topped with our special egg wash (80 grams).

OUR BUREK TRAY

Our unique burek tray comes in 3 flavors: cheese, spinach & cheese and the traditional potato, carrot & onion. Each tray is 1,2 kg and needs around 30 minutes in an oven.
